The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the online sale of Laveglia Service to end consumers of all products offered for sale on its website www.sleeg.it (the “Site”) and exclude the application of all other terms, including those in effect in retail stores.

The general conditions of sale applicable are those in force at the time of the order.

Before sending the order, the customer must carefully read their contents. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale explain to the customer that this is Laveglia Service, how Laveglia Service will send the products to the customer, how the Customer and Laveglia Service can modify or terminate the contract, what to do in case of problems and other important information. If the customer considers that there is an error in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please inform Laveglia Service. Different terms and conditions will only be valid if they are specifically agreed between the parties.

Laveglia Service reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, and the new conditions of sale will be applicable to any offer or order made after the entry into force of these modifications.

Unless otherwise stated, the data recorded on the Site constitutes proof of all transactions between Laveglia Service and its customers with reference to the sales made on the Site.

2.1 Product Selection

Orders must be placed exclusively on the Site.

The customer selects the products by clicking on ” Add to cart ” and continues his navigation by clicking on ” Continue shopping “.

The customer can, at any time, consult the products selected in his basket by clicking on “View details / My basket” and consult the payment options offered by Laveglia Service, as well as the shipping costs and delivery times.

2.2 Registration of the order

After selecting the product(s), the customer checks the details of his order and the price to be paid and corrects any errors before confirming the order.

The customer enters the information necessary for the correct delivery of his order and must therefore carefully read these conditions of use of the Site and the information of Laveglia Service on confidentiality before submitting an order.

The customer is then prompted to select the chosen payment option and enter the corresponding information.

2.3 Final validation of the order

At the end of the order procedure, the customer accepts the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” by clicking on the appropriate box and definitively confirms his order by clicking on “Proceed to payment”. Laveglia Service reserves the right to refuse any order. In such a case, an e-mail will be sent to the customer using the e-mail address provided by the customer instead of accepting the offer.

3.1 Right and period of withdrawal

The customer has the legal right to withdraw without having to give any reason within fourteen (14) days from the day the product ordered on the Site was received by the customer.

If the order includes several products to be delivered separately, the withdrawal period for all the products in this order begins to run from the date of receipt of the last product.

3.2 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

  1. Restitution and reimbursement

The Seller, in case of exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return or not to reimburse in full the sums paid for the purchase, with regard to the products that have been modified in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

  1. Product Availability

The products and prices offered are in force as long as they appear on the Site and within the limits of available stocks.

Errors or changes may exceptionally occur. In case of unavailability of a product after the order, the customer is informed by e-mail (or by mail if he has not provided the e-mail address) of the lack of availability of the product(s), or of the possible partial delivery of an order, or the cancellation of the order.

In case of total or partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability, the sums corresponding to the unavailable products will not be borne by the customer. If the amounts have already been withdrawn, the customer will be refunded the sums paid for the unavailable products within thirty (30) days.

  1. Delivery

The products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address provided at the time of the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering. In the event of an error in the recipient’s address (in particular surname, first name, street and house number, postal code, city, telephone number or e-mail address) Laveglia Service can in no way be held responsible for the non-delivery of the order.

Delivery is made by the private carrier in standard mode. The amount of the transport costs is:

– 25 euros TTC for the standard  delivery of an order between 1 and 300 euros;

– 30 euros TTC for the express  delivery of an order between 1 and 300 euros;

– Free shipping for orders over 500 euros.

Delivery is available for orders to be delivered in Europe. The delivery of the products available in stock is made between 10 and 15 days from the validation of the order for standard delivery and between 3 and 5 days for express delivery.

  1. Transport – Reception – Reservations

The customer is responsible for checking the conformity of the products and the condition of their packaging at the time of delivery and for prosecuting the carrier.

In the event of deterioration of the product, the customer must without delay:

  1. Report the damage on the delivery note presented by the carrier;
  2. Send the carrier a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt no later than three (3) days from the date of delivery;

If the customer does not comply with the above procedure, Laveglia Service will not process any complaints.

  1. Product Compliance

Laveglia Service undertakes to refund or replace products that do not comply with the order. The customer must report any apparent non-conformity and return the product(s) to Laveglia Service, which will replace or refund the product(s) as agreed with the customer in the relevant practice. If the returned products are incomplete, stained or significantly damaged, they will not be supported by Laveglia Service. Under no circumstances will the return, replacement or refund be requested and / or made by the stores.

  1. Payment Options

Payment for products can be made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal

For a credit card payment, after selecting the chosen card type, the customer must enter the credit card number, expiration date and the last three digits on the back of the card.

Laveglia Service reserves the right to suspend delivery in the event of a payment problem.

The order will only be shipped after receipt of payment from the customer by our accounting department and in accordance with the normal delivery times indicated in Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Promotional codes are only valid for orders placed online on this site.

  1. Communication of personal data

All products sold by the Seller are covered by the legal warranty of twenty-four (24) months for lack of conformity, in accordance with applicable law. The lack of conformity of the product must be communicated to the Seller within two (2) months of its discovery. The lack of conformity may be communicated to the Seller by contacting contact@sleeg.it. In case of lack of conformity, you have the right to request the repair or replacement of the product.
